Kelekia Toys and Gifts accepts in-store returns for Kelekia Toys & Gifts merchandise purchased both in-store and online. Sorry, no refunds.

We will accept your exchange of merchandise – unopened or with original packaging – within 14 days of original purchase. Merchandise may be exchanged for a replacement item when available.

WITH AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT OR PACKING SLIP, we will gladly accept exchanges of equal or greater value under the following specified terms. With a receipt, we will accept an exchange within 14 days of the original purchase and honor the exchange in the like manner that the merchandise was purchased. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we deem the receipt provided is not satisfactory proof of purchase.

WITHOUT AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT OR PACKING SLIP, we will NOT accept a merchandise exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us at kelekia888@gmail.com to alert us of the damage (please provide a photo and description), then return the damaged item to us. Upon receiving the damaged item we will ship out a replacement when available or for a different item of equal value
