Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM PST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems during processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

We do not ship to PO/APO boxes.

HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
Purchases of $50 or more qualify for free shipping.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
Kelekia Toys & Gifts carries some oversized or heavy weight items, for which we apply additional shipping charges to cover our costs. If an item requires additional shipping charges, it will be outlined on the product’s page, in the shopping cart, and during checkout. You will know when the item includes this charge and the exact amount of the additional shipping before you pay for the item.

SHIPPING DIFFICULTIES
We make every effort to get your package to you within the timeframe outlined during checkout. Oftentimes, when there is a shipping difficulty packages have been mis-delivered or delivered to a neighbor, returned due to delivery failure, or damaged in transit. If the tracking number indicates that the package was delivered, please check with neighbors and other family members regarding delivery. Please also check the exterior of your home – sometimes packages are left at side doors, on porches, near or in a garage.

If a package is returned to us because it is deemed undeliverable, we will contact you right away regarding this problem.

If you discovered an error upon tracking your package or cannot locate a package that was delivered, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything possible to remedy the situation.

SHIPPING DIRECT SHIP ITEMS
Some of our larger items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer/company. As a result, Direct Ship items will ship in 3-7 days from the manufacturer/company.

As soon as the manufacturer/company ships the item and provides us with the tracking number and carrier, you will receive an order tracking email with this information. Manufacturers/Companies may ship their products using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Please note: Direct Ship items are not available to ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
